[Machine] If one of you sends his trained dog and mentions the name of Allah, then he should eat from what the dog catches, whether he has eaten from it or not. As for the narration in it about Sa'id ibn Abi Waqqas, Malik has mentioned it in Al-Muwatta with a broken chain of transmission.  

البيهقي:١٨٨٧٩قَالَ الشَيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ وَأَمَّا الرِّوَايَةُ فِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ

إِذَا أَرْسَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ كَلْبَهُ الْمُعَلَّمَ وَذَكَرَ اسْمَ اللهِ فَلْيَأْكُلْ مِمَّا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْهِ أَكَلَ مِنْهُ أَوْ لَمْ يَأْكُلْ وَأَمَّا الرِّوَايَةُ فِيهِ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ ؓ فَقَدْ ذَكَرَهَا عَنْهُ مَالِكٌ فِي الْمُوَطَّإِ مُنْقَطِعًا
