[Machine] He said that a Muslim and a polytheist should not be together after this year in Hajj. He added that whoever does not have a treaty, then four months.

البيهقي:١٨٧٤٤ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ ثنا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ يُثَيْعٍ قَالَ سَأَلْنَا عَلِيًّا ؓ بِأِيِّ شَيْءٍ بُعِثْتَ؟ قَالَ بِأَرْبَعٍ فَذَكَّرَهُنَّ إِلَّا

أَنَّهُ قَالَ وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ مُسْلِمٌ وَمُشْرِكٌ بَعْدَ عَامِهِمْ هَذَا فِي الْحَجِّ وَزَادَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ عَهْدٌ فَأَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ
