أَنْ لَا يَضَعُوا الْجِزْيَةَ إِلَّا عَلَى مَنْ جَرَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْمَوَاسِي وَلَا يَضَعُوا الْجِزْيَةَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ وَكَانَ عُمَرُ ؓ يَخْتِمُ أَهْلَ الْجِزْيَةِ فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ
