[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ wrote to the people of Yemen that each person among you is required to give one dinar every year or its equivalent from the Ma'afir, which means from the non-Muslims among them.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ أَنَّ عَلَى كُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ مِنْكُمْ دِينَارًا كُلَّ سَنَةٍ أَوْ قِيمَتَهُ مِنَ الْمَعَافِرِ يَعْنِي أَهْلَ الذِّمَّةِ مِنْهُمْ
