[Machine] Umar or someone named Umar, if they choose their land and fulfill what is required of their land, then leave them alone with their land. Otherwise, remove the Muslims from their lands.  

البيهقي:١٨٤١٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا حَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ أَسْلَمَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ نَهَرِ الْمَلِكِ قَالَ فَقَالَ

عُمَرُ أَوْ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ ؓ إِنِ اخْتَارَتْ أَرْضَهَا وَأَدَّتْ مَا عَلَى أَرْضِهَا فَخَلُّوا بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ أَرْضِهَا وَإِلَّا خَلُّوا بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَبَيْنَ أَرَضِيهِمْ

"عَن طارِقِ بنِ شِهَاب قَال: أَسْلَمتِ اِمْرَأةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ نَهْرِ الْمَلِكِ، فَكَتَبَ عُمَرُ: إِنِ اخْتَارَتْ أَرْضَها وَأَدَّتَ مَا عَلَى أَرْضِهَا فَخَلُّوا بَيْنهَا وَبَيْنَ أَرْضِها، وَإلاَّ فَخلُّوا بَيْنَ المُسْلِمين وَبَيْن أرْضِهم".
