[Machine] Imam Al-Shafi'i, may Allah have mercy on him, stated that the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , took captive the women and children of Banu Qurayza and sold them to the polytheists. Abu al-Shahm, a Jewish man, purchased an elderly woman and she gave birth to a child from the Prophet, ﷺ . The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , then sent a third of the remaining captives to Tihamah, a third to Najd, and a third to the route towards Sham (Syria). They were then sold for horses, weapons, camels, and wealth.
