[Machine] From the Prophet, ﷺ , in a long narration, he said, "There is no negligence in sleep, negligence is only upon those who do not pray the prayer until the time of another prayer comes."

البيهقي:١٧٦٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنِي ثَابِتُ الْبُنَانِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي حَدِيثٍ طَوِيلٍ قَالَ لَيْسَ فِي النَّوْمِ تَفْرِيطٌ إِنَّمَا التَّفْرِيطُ عَلَى مَنْ لَمْ يُصَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ حَتَّى يَجِيءَ وَقْتُ الْأُخْرَى

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ شَيْبَانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ

ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ سَادِسٍ يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّ تَارِكَ الصَّلَاةِ مُتَعَمِّدًا مِنْ غَيْرِ عُذْرٍ لَا يُوجِبُ عَلَيْهِ ذَلِكَ إِطْلَاقُ الْكُفْرِ الَّذِي يُخْرِجُهُ عَنْ مِلَّةِ الْإِسْلَامِ بِهِ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'There is no negligence when one sleeps, rather negligence is when one does not offer one prayer until the time of the next prayer comes and he realizes that he has missed a prayer.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 616)

ابن حبّان:١٤٦٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَى أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ فِي النَّوْمِ تَفْرِيطٌ إِنَّمَا التَّفْرِيطُ عَلَى مَنْ لَمْ يُصَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ حَتَّى يَجِيءَ وَقْتُ صَلَاةٍ أُخْرَى»
