أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ كَانَ يَجْلِدُ مَنْ يَفْتَرِي عَلَى نِسَاءِ أَهْلِ الْمِلَّةِ وَهَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ وَهُوَ مَحْمُولٌ إِنْ ثَبَتَ عَلَى التَّعْزِيرِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
