[Machine] Uthman ibn Affan used to say this about those who disbelieved after having belief.  

البيهقي:١٦٨٧٤أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا بَحْرٌ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ؓ كَانَ يَقُولُ مَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ إِيمَانِهِ طَائِعًا فَإِنَّهُ يُقْتَلُ ح قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ

عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ؓ كَانَ يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ فِيمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ إِيمَانِهِ
