[Machine] So the Prophet ﷺ ordered that Islam be presented to her, and if she accepted, then she would be spared, otherwise she would be killed. Ali reported that Ibn Sa'id narrated to him from Muhammad bin 'Ubaid bin 'Utbah, from Ma'mar bin Bakkar, with a similar chain of narration, and it has also been narrated weakly from another source from Al-Zuhri, from his uncle, with the same meaning. And this is the correct view of Al-Zuhri, which is authentic from him.  

البيهقي:١٦٨٦٦أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ بَطْحَا ثنا نَجِيحُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الزُّهْرِيُّ ثنا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ السَّعْدِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً يُقَالُ لَهَا أُمُّ مَرْوَانَ ارْتَدَّتْ عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ

فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يُعْرَضَ عَلَيْهَا الْإِسْلَامُ فَإِنْ رَجَعَتْ وَإِلَّا قُتِلَتْ 16867 قَالَ وَأنبأ عَلِيٌّ ثنا ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ ثنا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ بِإِسْنَادِهِ مِثْلَهُ وَرُوِيَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَخِي الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَمِّهِ بِمَعْنَاهُ وَرُوِي مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ ضَعِيفٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ وَهَذَا مَذْهَبُ الزُّهْرِيِّ صَحِيحٌ عَنْهُ
