[Machine] Al-Shafi'i, may Allah have mercy on him, went to Ta'glih to kill her in the sanctuary.  

البيهقي:١٦٣٠٧ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَوْطَأَ امْرَأَةً بِمَكَّةَ فَقَضَى فِيهَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ ؓ بِثَمَانِيَةِ آلَافٍ دِيَةٍ وَثُلُثٍ قَالَ

الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ ذَهَبَ عُثْمَانُ ؓ إِلَى التَّغْلِيظِ لِقَتْلِهَا فِي الْحَرَمِ
