[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said about the fingers, "They are ten." Ali said, "We had this hadith as a connected and continuous chain of narration. But later, Muhammad ibn Bishr al-Abdi narrated it to us, mentioning the hadith."  

البيهقي:١٦٢٧٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ الْفَقِيهُ الْإِسْفَرَايِينِيُّ بِهَا ثنا أَبُو سَهْلٍ بِشْرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ نَصْرٍ الْحَذَّاءُ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمَدِينِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ هُوَ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ثنا غَالِبٌ التَّمَّارُ عَنْ مَسْرُوقِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ التَّمِيمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْأَصَابِعِ عَشْرٌ عَشْرٌ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ كَانَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ عِنْدَنَا مُسْنَدًا مُتَّصِلَ الْإِسْنَادِ فَلَمَّا كَانَ بَعْدُ حَدَّثَنَا بِهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ الَّذِي
