[Machine] Sawda was in a state of istihadah, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered her that when her days are over, she should perform ghusl and offer salah. Imam Ahmad, may Allah the Exalted have mercy on him, said that this is regarding a certain matter...  

البيهقي:١٥٨٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَرَوَى الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ

أَنَّ سَوْدَةَ اسْتُحِيضَتْ فَأَمَرَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا مَضَتْ أَيَّامُهَا اغْتَسَلَتْ وَصَلَّتْ قَالَ الْإِمَامُ أَحْمَدُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ تَعَالَى وَهَذَا فِيمَا  

رَوَاهُ ابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ عَنِ الْعُطَارِدِيِّ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ أَتَمُّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَرَوَى سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ تَجْلِسُ أَيَّامَ قُرْئِهَا وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ الشَّعْبِيُّ عَنْ قَمِيرٍ امْرَأَةِ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ الْحَسَنِ وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَعَطَاءٍ وَمَكْحُولٍ وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ وَسَالِمٍ وَالْقَاسِمِ أَنَّ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةَ تَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِهَا
