[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying on the Day of Hunayn, he said: "It is not permissible for a man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to drink his own water without giving some to his neighbor. He means the Banu Hilal. And it is not permissible for a man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to have sexual intercourse with a captive woman until he frees her. And it is not permissible for a man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to sell the spoils of war until he has distributed the shares, Ibn Salamah narrated the Hadith, and in the narration of Ibn Bukayr, he said: We went on a military expedition with Abu Ruwayfah al-Ansari and mentioned it. He said: On the Day of Khaybar, and he added: And a woman from the captives, Thayyibah, was assigned to him. The correct narration is the Hadith narrated by Muhammad ibn Salamah 15589. And Abu Ali informed me, I am Abu Bakr, I am Abu Dawud, I am Sa'id ibn Mansur, I am Abu Mu'awiyah, from Ibn Ishaq. He said: Until he frees her during her menstrual period. Abu Dawud said: And the menstrual period is not protected. The sheikh said: meaning in the Hadith of Ruwayfah.

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ قَالَ قَالَ لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَ مَاءَهُ زَرْعَ غَيْرِهِ يَعْنِي إِتْيَانَ الْحَبَالَى وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ يَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ مِنَ السَّبْيِ حَتَّى يَسْتَبْرِئَهَا وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ يَبِيعَ مَغْنَمًا حَتَّى يَقْسِمَ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ سَلَمَةَ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ أَبِي رُوَيْفِعٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ فَذَكَرَهُ وَقَالَ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ وَزَادَ أَنْ يُصِيبَ امْرَأَةً مِنَ السَّبْيِ ثَيِّبَةً وَالصَّحِيحُ رِوَايَةُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ 15589 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ حَتَّى يَسْتَبْرِئَهَا بِحَيْضَةٍ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالْحَيْضَةُ لَيْسَتْ بِمَحْفُوظَةٍ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ يَعْنِي فِي حَدِيثِ رُوَيْفِعٍ
