ؓ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَفِي بَطْنِهَا وَلَدَانِ فَتَضَعُ وَاحِدًا وَيَبْقَى الْآخَرُ قَالَ هُوَ أَحَقُّ بِرَجْعَتِهَا مَا لَمْ تَضَعِ الْآخَرَ 15439 قَالَ وَنا أَحْمَدُ نا حَفْصٌ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ بِمِثْلِهِ 15440 قَالَ وَنا أَحْمَدُ نا حَفْصٌ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ مِثْلَهُ 15441 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ نا أَحْمَدُ نا حَفْصٌ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ مِثْلَهُ
