البيهقي:١٥٢٢٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ قَالَا نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ نا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا مَضَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ فَهِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ وَهُوَ أَمْلَكُ بِرَدِّهَا مَا دَامَتْ فِي عِدَّتِهَا هَكَذَا رَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ وَخَالَفَهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ الْإِمَامُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ فَرَوَاهُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
