البيهقي:١٥١٦١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ نا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ نا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ نا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ أَنَّ مُكَاتَبًا كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ حُرَّةٌ فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ فَأَتَى عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ وَزَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ؓ فَسَأَلَهُمَا عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَابْتَدَرَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا وَقَالَ

لَهُ حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكَ وَالطَّلَاقُ بِالرِّجَالِ
