[Machine] "And Nafi' said, 'We used to wash the deceased, so some of us would perform ablution and others would take a bath, and then he would come back, and we would shroud him, then embalm him, and pray upon him without repeating the ablution.'"  

البيهقي:١٤٦٧أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ أَخْبَرَنِي شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ قَالَ

وَقَالَ نَافِعٌ كُنَّا نُغَسِّلُ الْمَيِّتَ فَيَتَوَضَّأُ بَعْضُنَا وَيَغْتَسِلُ بَعْضٌ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فَنُكَفِّنُهُ ثُمَّ نُحَنِّطُهُ وَنُصَلِّي عَلَيْهِ وَلَا نُعِيدُ الْوُضُوءَ
