[Machine] There is no marriage except through desire, we used to consider this as promiscuity during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ .  

البيهقي:١٤١٨٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا أَبُو غَسَّانَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُطَرِّفٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ نَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا فَتَزَوَّجَهَا أَخٌ لَهُ عَنْ غَيْرِ مُؤَامَرَةٍ مِنْهُ لِيُحِلَّهَا لِأَخِيهِ لَهُ تَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ قَالَ

لَا إِلَّا نِكَاحَ رَغْبَةٍ كُنَّا نَعُدُّ هَذَا سِفَاحًا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ
