[Machine] "From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, beware of suspicion, for indeed, suspicion is the most false of speech. And do not pry and do not investigate, and do not have enmity, and do not plot. And be servants of Allah as brothers. And let not a man propose marriage to his brother's fiancee until he either marries her or leaves her. And a woman should not be together in seclusion with her husband's uncle and not with her husband's paternal aunt. And a woman should not observe fasting when her husband is present unless she has his permission. And she should not give permission for someone to enter her husband's house when he is present without his permission. So whatever she spends from what she has earned, then she will have half of its reward. And a woman should not seek divorce for the sake of emptying the vessel of her companion, but rather she should get married, for indeed, she has what is destined for her."  

البيهقي:١٤٠٣٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا ابْنُ مِلْحَانَ ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ رَبِيعَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ يُؤْثَرُ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِيَّاكُمْ وَالظَّنَّ فَإِنَّ الظَّنَّ أَكْذَبُ الْحَدِيثِ وَلَا تَحَسَّسُوا وَلَا تَجَسَّسُوا وَلَا تَبَاغَضُوا وَلَا تَدَابَرُوا وَكُونُوا عِبَادَ اللهِ إِخْوَانًا وَلَا يَخْطُبَنَّ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَنْكِحَ أَوْ يَتْرُكَ وَلَا يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا وَلَا بَيْنَهَا وَخَالَتِهَا وَلَا تَصُومُ الْمَرْأَةُ وَزَوْجُهَا شَاهِدٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ وَلَا تَأْذَنُ فِي بَيْتِهِ وَهُوَ شَاهِدٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ فَمَا تَصَدَّقَتْ بِهِ مِمَّا يَكْسِبُ عَلَيْهَا فَإِنَّ لَهُ نِصْفَ أَجْرِهِ وَلَا تَسْأَلُ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَسْتَفْرِغَ إِنَاءَ صَاحِبَتِهَا وَلْتَنْكِحْ فَإِنَّ لَهَا مَا قُدِّرَ لَهَا
