[Machine] To enter a female, other than the one he already owns, if he wishes to give her as a gift, or if he wishes to sell her, or if he wishes to set her free, there are no conditions for it. It was narrated to us by Ali ibn Bishrana, who informed us that Isma'il al-Saffar narrated from Ibn Affan, who narrated from Ibn Nu'mayr, from 'Ubaydullah, who mentioned it.  

البيهقي:١٣٨٥٥فَقَدْ رَوَاهُ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ لَا يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ

أَنْ يَطَأَ فَرْجًا إِلَّا فَرْجًا إِنْ شَاءَ وَهَبَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ بَاعَهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَعْتَقَهُ لَيْسَ فِيهِ شَرْطٌ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا ابْنُ عَفَّانَ ثنا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ فَذَكَرَهُ
