البيهقي:١٣٨٠٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ خِلَاسٍ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً زَوَّجَهَا أَوْلِيَاؤُهَا بِالْجَزِيرَةِ مِنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ وَزَوَّجَهَا أَهْلُهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ بِالْكُوفَةِ فَرَفَعُوا ذَلِكَ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؓ فَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ زَوْجِهَا الْآخَرِ وَرَدَّهَا إِلَى زَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ وَجَعَلَ لَهَا صَدَاقَهَا بِمَا أَصَابَ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا وَأَمَرَ زَوْجَهَا الْأَوَّلَ

أَنْ لَا يَقْرَبَهَا حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا
