[Machine] "That Al-Qasim bin Muhammad, Saeed bin Abdullah, and Sulaiman bin Yasar used to say regarding the virgin: her father marries her without her consent, indeed that is obligatory for her."

البيهقي:١٣٦٦٦ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَسَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ كَانَا يُنْكِحَانِ بَنَاتِهِمَا الْأَبْكَارَ وَلَا يَسْتَأْمِرَانِهِنَّ وَأَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ

أَنَّ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَسَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ فِي الْبِكْرِ يُزَوِّجُهَا أَبُوهَا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهَا إِنَّ ذَلِكَ لَازِمٌ لَهَا

Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that al-Qasim ibn Muhammad and Salim ibn Abdullah and Sulayman ibn Yasar said about the virgin given by her father in marriage without her permission, "That is binding on her."

مالك:٢٨-٧ – وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ
