[Machine] A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ and offered herself to him. He said, "What do I have to do with women's needs?" A man said, "O Messenger of Allah, marry her to me." He asked, "What do you have?" The man replied, "I have nothing." The Prophet asked, "Do you have anything from the Quran?" The man answered, "Yes, I know this and that." The Prophet said, "I have married her to you for what you know from the Quran."  

البيهقي:١٣٣٦٣أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا عَارِمٌ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ؓ

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَعَرَضَتْ نَفْسَهَا عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ مَا لِي بِالنِّسَاءِ مِنْ حَاجَةٍ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ زَوِّجْنِيهَا قَالَ مَا عِنْدَكَ؟ قَالَ مَا عِنْدِي مِنْ شَيْءٍ قَالَ مَا عِنْدَكَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ؟ قَالَ كَذَا وَكَذَا قَالَ قَدْ مَلَّكْتُكَهَا بِمَا عِنْدَكَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عَارِمٍ وَرَوَاهُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ لَقَدْ زَوَّجْتُكَهَا بِمَا مَعَكَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ وَكَذَا قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ وَغَيْرُهُ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ خَلَفِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ

A woman came to the Prophet,, and presented herself to him (for marriage). He said, "I am not in need of women these days." Then a man said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! Marry her to me." The Prophet ﷺ asked him, "What have you got?" He said, "I have got nothing." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Give her something, even an iron ring." He said, "I have got nothing." The Prophet ﷺ asked (him), "How much of the Qur'an do you know (by heart)?" He said, "So much and so much." The Prophet ﷺ said, "I have married her to you for what you know of the Qur'an."

[Machine] A woman came to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and offered herself to him. He said, "I don't have any need for women today." A man then said, "O Messenger of Allah, marry her to me." The Prophet asked him, "What do you have?" The man replied, "I have nothing." The Prophet then said, "Give her even if it is just an iron ring." The man said, "I have nothing." The Prophet asked him, "Do you have anything from the Quran?" The man replied, "Yes, I have such and such." The Prophet then said, "I have married her to you in exchange for what you have from the Quran." And the wording of this hadith is from the narration of 'Arim.
