[Machine] Anas did not, but he swore, then give me a portion of the spoils, and mentioned the hadith.  

البيهقي:١٢٩٤٨ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ كَانَ مَعَ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ فِي غَزَاةٍ غَزَاهَا فَأَصَابُوا سَبْيًا فَأَرَادَ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ أَنْ يُعْطِيَ أَنَسًا مِنَ السَّبْيِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْسِمَ فَقَالَ

أَنَسٌ لَا وَلَكِنِ اقْسِمْ ثُمَّ أَعْطِنِي مِنَ الْخُمُسِ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
