[Machine] Zaid bin Ali bin Al-Hussein bin Ali said: "As for me, if I were in the place of Abu Bakr, I would have ruled the same as he ruled regarding Fadak."  

البيهقي:١٢٧٤٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي ثنا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا ابْنُ دَاوُدَ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ قَالَ

قَالَ زَيْدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَوْ كُنْتُ مَكَانَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ؓ لَحَكَمْتُ بِمِثْلِ مَا حَكَمَ بِهِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ؓ فِي فَدَكٍ
