[Machine] I heard Al-Awza'i saying, "The hand of the reaper did not commit a mistake, nor did the hand of the plucker harvest unjustly. There is no way for the owner of the crop, but it is only for the passer-by and the wayfarers."

البيهقي:١٢١٠٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَمْدَانَ الْجَلَّابُ بِهَمَذَانَ ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ الْأَوْزَاعِيَّ يَقُولُ مَا أَخَطَّتْ يَدُ الْحَاصِدِ أَوْ جَنَتْ يَدُ الْقَاطِفِ فَلَيْسَ لِصَاحِبِ الزَّرْعِ عَلَيْهِ سَبِيلٌ إِنَّمَا هُوَ لِلْمَارَّةِ وَأَبْنَاءِ السَّبِيلِ
