[Machine] Everyone has only what their walls surround them with. Indeed, reviving the dead can only be done through planting or digging, or by being surrounded by walls. The Sheikh said, "His statement that reviving the dead until its end is, I think, from the statement of Al-Shafi'i, for he said"  

البيهقي:١١٨٢٢ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَسَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ الْأَزْرَقِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ نَضْلَةَ أَنَّ أَبَا سُفْيَانَ بْنَ حَرْبٍ قَامَ بِفِنَاءِ دَارِهِ فَضَرَبَ بِرِجْلِهِ وَقَالَ سَنَامُ الْأَرْضِ إِنَّ لَهَا سَنَامًا زَعَمَ ابْنُ فَرْقَدٍ الْأَسْلَمِيُّ أَنِّي لَا أَعْرِفُ حَقِّيَ مِنْ حَقِّهِ لِي بَيَاضُ الْمَرْوَةِ وَلَهُ سَوَادُهَا وَلِي مَا بَيْنَ كَذَا إِلَى كَذَا فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَقَالَ

لَيْسَ لِأَحَدٍ إِلَّا مَا أَحَاطَتْ عَلَيْهِ جُدْرَانُهُ إِنَّ إِحْيَاءَ الْمَوَاتِ مَا يَكُونُ زَرْعًا أَوْ حَفِيرًا أَوْ يُحَاطُ بِالْجُدْرَانِ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ قَوْلُهُ إِنَّ إِحْيَاءَ الْمَوَاتِ إِلَى آخِرِهِ أَظُنُّهُ مِنْ قَوْلِ الشَّافِعِيِّ؛ فَقَدْ  

رَوَاهُ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ دُونَهُ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
