[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except for a condition that prohibits what is permissible or allows what is prohibited." Abu Bakr ibn al-Harith al-Faqih narrated to us, who informed us that Abu Muhammad ibn Hayyan narrated to him, that Abu Isa al-Khutuli narrated to him, who narrated from Abdullah ibn Muhammad al-Azrami, who narrated from Marwan ibn Muawiyah, who mentioned it likewise.  

البيهقي:١١٤٣٠وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خُرَيْمٍ الْقَزَّازُ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمُسْلِمُونَ عِنْدَ شُرُوطِهِمْ إِلَّا شَرْطًا حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا أَوْ شَرْطًا أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا 11431 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ثنا أَبُو عِيسَى الْخُتُلِّيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَذْرَمِيُّ ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ فَذَكَرَهُ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ
