البيهقي:١١١٨٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُنْدَارٍ الضَّبِّيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ثنا النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ فَرُّوخَ مَوْلَى نَافِعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ اشْتَرَى نَافِعُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَارِثِ مِنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ دَارَ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ بِأَرْبَعِمِائَةٍ دَارُ السِّجْنِ لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ إِنْ رَضِيَهَا وَإِنْ كَرِهَهَا أَعْطَى نَافِعٌ صَفْوَانَ بْنَ أُمَيَّةَ أَرْبَعَمِائَةٍ قَالَ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ فَهُوَ سِجْنُ النَّاسِ الْيَوْمَ بِمَكَّةَ وَيُذْكَرُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ كِرَاءِ بُيُوتِ مَكَّةَ فَقَالَ

لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ الْكِرَاءُ مِثْلُ الشِّرَاءِ قَدِ اشْتَرَى عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ مِنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ دَارًا بِأَرْبَعَةِ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ
