[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ heard about the prohibition of drinking from vessels made of gold and silver. He did not drink from a cracked cup. It has been narrated that Aisha and Anas ibn Malik mentioned this.  

البيهقي:١١٠وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْكِيسَانِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ أَعْيَنَ عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ أُتِيَ بِقَدَحٍ مُفَضَّضٍ لِيَشْرَبَ مِنْهُ فَأَبَى أَنْ يَشْرَبَ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ مُنْذُ

سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الشُّرْبِ فِي آنِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ لَمْ يَشْرَبْ فِي الْقَدَحِ الْمُفَضَّضِ وَرُوِيَ فِي ذَلِكَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَأَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ
