[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A seller should not make a sale for a present buyer." He ﷺ was asked, "What does it mean for a seller to make a sale for a present buyer?" He ﷺ said, "Do not be an intermediary for him."  

البيهقي:١٠٩٠٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ مَا لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ؟ قَالَ لَا تَكُنْ لَهُ سِمْسَارًا  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ وَأَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ مِنْ وَجْهَيْنِ آخَرَيْنِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ prohibited taking an advanced payment for a deferred delivery, and selling something that is still being transported. I said to Ibn Abbas, "What does it mean that 'one should not sell something that is still being transported'?" He replied, "It means that it should not have a middleman."  

البيهقي:١٠٩١٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ وَزِيَادُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ لَفْظُهُ قَالُوا ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ أنا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُتَلَقَّى الرُّكْبَانُ وَلَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَا قَوْلُهُ لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ؟ قَالَ لَا يَكُونُ لَهُ سِمْسَارًا
