البيهقي:١٠٧٧٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ أَخْبَرَنِي شُعَيْبٌ قَالَ قَالَ نَافِعٌ كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ الْعَبْدُ وَمَالُهُ لِسَيِّدِهِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَى سَيِّدِهِ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا أَصَابَ مِنْ مَالِهِ 10775 وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ نَافِعٌ كَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ لَا يَصْلُحُ لِلْعَبْدِ

أَنْ يُنْفِقَ مِنْ مَالِهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا يُعْطِيَهُ أَحَدًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْكُلَ فِيهِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ أَوْ يَكْتَسِيَ
