[Machine] About Ali, regarding a man who bought a slave girl and examined her, finding a defect in her. Ali said he must keep her, and the seller must return anything between health and illness, even if he hadn't examined her, he must return her in the same manner.  

البيهقي:١٠٧٤٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْكَرْمَانِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ

عَنْ عَلِيٍّ فِي رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى جَارِيَةً فَوَطِئَهَا فَوَجَدَ بِهَا عَيْبًا قَالَ لَزِمَتْهُ وَيَرُدُّ الْبَائِعُ مَا بَيْنَ الصِّحَّةِ وَالدَّاءِ وَإنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ وَطِئَهَا رَدَّهَا وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَحَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ مُرْسَلٌ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ جَدَّهُ عَلِيًّا وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَلَيْسَ بِمَحْفُوظٍ
