[Machine] He said that selling gathering places is prohibited, and it is not permissible for a Muslim. Jabir al-Ju'fi reported this with this chain of narration from Ibn Mas'ud, and it was also narrated with a authentic chain of narration from Ibn Mas'ud standing.

البيهقي:١٠٧١١ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ عَلَى الصَّادِقِ الْمَصْدُوقِ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ بَيْعَ الْمُحَفَّلَاتِ خِلَابَةٌ وَلَا تَحِلُّ خِلَابَةٌ لِمُسْلِمٍ رَفَعَهُ جَابِرٌ الْجُعْفِيُّ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَرُوِيَ بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ مَوْقُوفًا
