[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the selling of fruit until it ripens and turns either yellow or red, and the selling of grapes until they become black, and the selling of grains until they are rubbed. Abu Abdullah Al-Hafiz narrated to us, Abu Al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq As-Saghani narrated to us, Yahya ibn Ishaq As-Salihini and Hasan ibn Musa Al-Ashyab narrated to us. They all said that Hammad ibn Salamah mentioned it and said, "And his statement 'until they are rubbed,' if it is with a lowering of the raa' (R sound) before adding the fathah and the ithafa (rubbing), it coincides with the narration of the one who said 'until it becomes intense.' And if it is with a fathah on the raa' and a raised ya' before adding the farq (rubbing) to the one who did not name it, it contradicts the narration of the one who said 'until it becomes intense.' And it is appropriate to purify it from impurities until it is permissible to sell it. And I have not seen anyone among our hadith scholars in our time adhering to that, and the closest opinion is that it should be rubbed with a lowering of the raa', to align with the meaning of the one who said 'until it becomes intense.' البيهقي:١٠٦١٤وَرَوَاهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ السَّالَحِينِيُّ وَحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْأَشْيَبُ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ تُبَاعَ الثَّمَرَةُ حَتَّى يَبِينَ صَلَاحُهَا تَصْفَرَّ أَوْ تَحْمَرَّ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْعِنَبِ حَتَّى يَسْوَدَّ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الْحَبِّ حَتَّى يُفْرَكَ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ السَّالَحِينِيُّ وَحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْأَشْيَبُ قَالَا ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ فَذَكَرَهُ وَقَوْلُهُ حَتَّى يُفْرَكَ إِنْ كَانَ بِخَفْضِ الرَّاءِ عَلَى إِضَافَةِ الْإِفْرَاكِ إِلَى الْحَبِّ وَافَقَ رِوَايَةَ مَنْ قَالَ حَتَّى يَشْتَدَّ وَإِنْ كَانَ بِفَتْحِ الرَّاءِ وَرَفْعِ الْيَاءِ عَلَى إِضَافَةِ الْفَرْكِ إِلَى مَنْ لَمْ يُسَمَّ فَاعِلُهُ خَالَفَ رِوَايَةَ مَنْ قَالَ فِيهِ حَتَّى يَشْتَدَّ وَاقْتَضَى تَنْقِيَتَهُ عَنِ السُّنْبُلِ حَتَّى يَجُوزَ بَيْعُهُ وَلَمْ أَرَ أَحَدًا مِنْ مُحَدِّثِي زَمَانِنَا ضَبَطَ ذَلِكَ وَالْأَشْبَهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ يَفْرِكَ بِخَفْضِ الرَّاءِ؛ لِمُوَافَقَةِ مَعْنَى مَنْ قَالَ فِيهِ حَتَّى يَشْتَدَّ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ وَقَدْ  

رَوَاهُ أَيْضًا أَبَانُ بْنُ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ وَلَا يَحْتَجُّ بِهِ أَنَسٌ عَلَى اللَّفْظِ الثَّانِي
