bayhaqi:10425Abū Ḥāzim ʿUmar b. Aḥmad al-ʿAbdawī > Abū al-Faḍl Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad b. Khumayrawayh > Aḥmad b. Najdah > Saʿīd b. Manṣūr > Ismāʿīl b. ʿAyyāsh > Abū Bakr b. ʿAbdullāh b. Abū Maryam

[Machine] Narrated by Makhol, he raised the speech to the Prophet ﷺ and said: "Whoever buys something without seeing it, he is free to take it if he likes it, and he is also free to leave it if he dislikes it." This hadith is weak and Abu Bakr ibn Abi Maryam narrated it to me. Abu Bakr ibn Al-Harith and others also narrated it from Ali ibn Umar, the father of Al-Hassan, Daraqutni, the Hafiz, may Allah have mercy on him. It was also narrated from another source that the Prophet ﷺ said this, but it is not considered authentic.
