[Machine] That he should not eat from it, as mentioned in the verse {So eat from it} [Al-Hajj 28]. This is similar to his saying {And when you have purified yourselves, then hunt} [Al-Ma'idah 2]. So whoever wants can hunt.  

البيهقي:١٠٢٤١أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْجَهْمِ السَّمُرِيُّ ثنا آدَمُ ثنا شُعْبَةُ ثنا حُصَيْنٌ قَالَ سُئِلَ مُجَاهِدٌ أَيَأْكُلُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ أُضْحِيَّتِهِ؟ قَالَ لَا يَضُرُّهُ

أَنْ لَا يَأْكُلَ مِنْهَا إِنَّمَا قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى {فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا} [الحج 28] مِثْلُ قَوْلِهِ {وَإِذَا حَلَلْتُمْ فَاصْطَادُوا} [المائدة 2] فَمَنْ شَاءَ اصْطَادَ
