[Machine] Al-Shafi'i said, "Take hold of the handle of a pitcher, meaning that it holds value. And his saying, 'Even if he says to be cautious, and you still give more than what is required of you, once I have informed you that it is more than what is required of you."  

البيهقي:١٠٠١٢أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أنا الرَّبِيعُ أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا سَعِيدٌ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي بُكَيْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ يَقُولُ كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ فَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ عَنْ جَرَادَةٍ يَقْتُلُهَا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فِيهَا قَبْضَةٌ مِنْ طَعَامٍ وَلَتَأْخُذَنَّ بِقَبْضَةِ جَرَادَاتٍ وَلَكِنْ وَلَوْ قَالَ

الشَّافِعِيُّ قَوْلُهُ وَلَتَأْخُذَنَّ بِقَبْضَةِ جَرَادَاتٍ أَيْ إِنَّمَا فِيهَا الْقِيمَةُ وَقَوْلُهُ وَلَوْ يَقُولُ تَحْتَاطُ فَتُخْرِجُ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا عَلَيْكَ بَعْدَ أَنْ أَعْلَمْتُكَ أَنَّهُ أَكْثَرُ مِمَّا عَلَيْكَ
