43. Re-Marriage
٤٣۔ كِتَابُ الرَّجْعَةِ
[Machine] His wife was in the house of Hafsa, and his route to the mosque was through another street, avoiding passing by the houses in order to not disturb her until he returned. It was narrated from Ata' ibn Abi Rabah and Amr ibn Dinar that they said: "It is not permissible for him to have anything from her until he asks her permission again."
امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ فِي مَسْكَنِ حَفْصَةَ ؓ وَكَانَ طَرِيقُهُ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَكَانَ يَسْلُكُ الطَّرِيقَ الْآخَرَ مِنْ أَدْبَارِ الْبُيُوتِ كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ يَسْتَأْذِنَ عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى رَاجَعَهَا وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ وَعَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا لَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ مِنْهَا شَيْءٌ مَا لَمْ يُرَاجِعْهَا
