[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, a woman was punished for her cruelty towards a cat. She held it captive until it died of hunger, neither feeding it nor allowing it to eat from the insects of the earth. And Allah forgave a man who removed a thorny branch from the path."  

أحمد:٧٨٤٧حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ امْرَأَةً عُذِّبَتْ فِي هِرَّةٍ أَمْسَكَتْهَا حَتَّى مَاتَتْ مِنَ الْجُوعِ لَمْ تَكُنْ تُطْعِمُهَا وَلَمْ تُرْسِلْهَا فَتَأْكُلَ مِنْ حَشَرَاتِ الْأَرْضِ وَغُفِرَ لِرَجُلٍ نَحَّى غُصْنَ شَوْكٍ عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ
