[Machine] We encountered the enemy, and the Muslims became alarmed. I was among those who were alarmed, and we entered the city. He ﷺ said, "Let us meet the Messenger of Allah when he comes out for prayer." So we said, "O Messenger of Allah, we are the ones who fled." He said, "No, rather you are the ones who fought. I am your group."
لَقِينَا الْعَدُوَّ فَحَاصَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ حَيْصَةً فَكُنْتُ فِيمَنْ حَاصَ فَدَخَلْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ قَالَ فَتَعَرَّضْنَا لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺحِينَ خَرَجَ لِلصَّلَاةِ فَقُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ نَحْنُ الْفَرَّارُونَ قَالَ بَلْ أَنْتُمُ الْعَكَّارُونَ إِنِّي فِئَةٌ لَكُمْ
