[Machine] I entered the mosque and saw the Prophet ﷺ and the people around him, so I hurried to listen to his speech. The people scattered before I could reach them, and he said something before I could reach them. So I asked a man among them what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said. He said, "He prohibited playing the tambourine and the flute."  

أحمد:٥٤٧٧حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

دَخَلْتُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَرَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَالنَّاسُ حَوْلَهُ فَأَسْرَعْتُ لِأَسْمَعَ كَلَامَهُ فَتَفَرَّقَ النَّاسُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَبْلُغَ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً قَبْلَ أَنْ أَنْتَهِيَ إِلَيْهِمْ فَسَأَلْتُ رَجُلًا مِنْهُمْ مَاذَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ إِنَّهُ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَفَّتِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ
