The Prophet ﷺ passed by a man of the Ansar when he was giving his brother a warning against modesty. The Apostle of Allah ﷺ said : Leave him alone, for modesty is a part of faith. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4795)   

أحمد:٥١٨٣حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ كَانَ يَعِظُ أَخَاهُ فِي الْحَيَاءِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ دَعْهُ فَإِنَّ الْحَيَاءَ مِنَ الْإِيمَانِ

The Messenger of Allah [SAW] passed by a man who was censuring his brother about modesty. He said: "Let him be, for modesty is part of faith."  

النسائي:٥٠٣٣أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ح وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ عَنْ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Salim ibn Abdullah from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by a man who was chiding his brother about modesty. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Leave him. Modesty is part of iman."
