[Machine] A man bought a palm tree that its owner had pruned. He disputed with him before the Prophet ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ decided that the fruit belongs to its owner who pruned it, unless the buyer adds a condition.
أَنَّ رَجُلًا اشْتَرَى نَخْلًا قَدْ أَبَّرَهَا صَاحِبُهَا فَخَاصَمَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّ الثَّمَرَةَ لِصَاحِبِهَا الَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُشْتَرِي
