[Machine] A man asked the Prophet ﷺ, "Is the drink made from dates forbidden?" The Prophet ﷺ replied, "No." And A'ffan mentioned that the Prophet ﷺ was asked about it, so he mentioned it.  

أحمد:٢٦٨٨٦حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أُمِّ الْفَضْلِ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَتْ

سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَتُحَرِّمُ الْمَصَّةُ؟ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَا وَقَالَ عَفَّانُ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ فَذَكَرَهُ
