[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Among my companions is one whom I do not see and who will not see me after I die." Umar heard about this and began to search for that individual, whether he was a man who was distant or close by. Umar asked the woman, "I adjure you by Allah, am I one of them?" She said, "No, and I will never absolve anyone after you."  

أحمد:٢٦٥٤٩حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِنْ أَصْحَابِي مَنْ لَا أَرَاهُ وَلَا يَرَانِي بَعْدَ أَنْ أَمُوتَ أَبَدًا قَالَ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرَ قَالَ فَأَتَاهَا يَشْتَدُّ أَوْ يُسْرِعُ شَكَّ شَاذَانُ قَالَ لَهَا أَنْشُدُكِ بِاللهِ أَنَا مِنْهُمْ؟ قَالَتْ لَا وَلَنْ أُبَرِّئَ بَعْدَكَ أَحَدًا أَبَدًا
