[Machine] "I deliberately sought to kill him, and he sought to kill me," she said. He asked, "How do you not know what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said? It is not permissible to shed the blood of a man except when a man apostatizes, abandons Islam, commits adultery after being married, or kills a person without just cause."  

أحمد:٢٥٤٧٧حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ غَالِبٍأَنَّ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ لِلْأَشْتَرِ أَنْتَ الَّذِي أَرَدْتَ قَتْلَ ابْنِ أُخْتِي؟ قَالَ

قَدْ حَرَصْتُ عَلَى قَتْلِهِ وَحَرَصَ عَلَى قَتْلِي قَالَتْ أَوَ مَا عَلِمْتَ مَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ رَجُلٍ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ ارْتَدَّ أَوْ تَرَكَ الْإِسْلَامَ أَوْ زَنَى بَعْدَمَا أُحْصِنَ أَوْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ
