[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to visit al-Mikhdab and perform ghusl from it to cleanse himself from janabah (major impurity) after he would wake up in the morning. He would then continue his day fasting.  

أحمد:٢٥٣٦٨حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ سَيَّارٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَأْتِي الْمِخْضَبَفَيَغْتَسِلُ مِنْهُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ بَعْدَمَا يُصْبِحُ ثُمَّ يَظَلُّ يَوْمَهُ ذَلِكَ صَائِمًا
