[Machine] About Nabidh Al-Jarr (a type of non-alcoholic drink made from dates), she said, "Can any of you manage to take some of her offering (i.e., her sacrificial animal) and make it into a pitcher?" Then she added, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ either prohibited or discouraged the use of Nabidh Al-Jarr; nevertheless, Sulaiman forgot (his advice)."  

أحمد:٢٤٦٧٦حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الْخَفَّافُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمَيْنَةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا سُئِلَتْ

عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ فَقَالَتْ تَعْجِزُ إِحْدَاكُنَّ أَنْ تَتَّخِذَ مِنْ أُضْحِيَّتِهَا سِقَاءً ثُمَّ قَالَتْ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَوْ مَنَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ وَكَذَا وَكَذَا نَسِيَهُ سُلَيْمَانُ
